As your single point of contact, the Project Manager, in conjunction with our team of ShoreTel factory-trained technicians and customer service personnel, coordinates every aspect of your installation.
IDeACOM NETWORKS provides personalized, on-going training programs for the clients staff. Each new client is surveyed to assure satisfaction with the installation of their ShoreTel system and user training. Our success is measured in terms of attainment of positive results for our clients.
